SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
At Ronza George, we hand make our pieces and with the introduction of our website, we keep all our styles ready for custom stone placing. Once an order is placed online, our process is to place the stones into the styles ordered then have ready for shipiment or pick up within 24 hours.
We currently use the Australian Postal Service Express their postal guideline is shipping for metro areas will be delivered as followed:
NSW | ACT 1-2 Business days
QLD | VIC | SA 2-3 Business days
WA 3-4 Business days
NSW | ACT 2-4 Business days
QLD | VIC 3-5 Business days
SA 4-7 Business days
WA 7-11 Business days
Orders placed Friday to Sunday will be dispatched the next working day.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
We do currently offer a click and collect service in our design studio Putney NSW. In checkout, click Pick up from store. An email will notify you once your goods are ready to pick up, usually in 24 hours on a trading day.
FREE SHIPPING & EXPRESS POST
Two shipping methods:
- Free standard shipping within Australia only when you spend $150 or more in the one transaction or $5 if below this amount.
- Express post free within Australia only when you spend $500 or more in the one transaction or $15 if below this amount.
The customer is responsible for these fees if applicable upon arrival of the order. If you are unsure if you will be liable for customs, duties and taxes, please research prior to purchasing. Please note these fees are unique to each country.
International orders are sent with Australia Post Internation to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.
International Express Shipping (6 to 10 days) $39 orders above $500 free shipping
Internation Parcel Post
International Standard Shipping (6 to 14 days) $24 orders above $500 free shipping
CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE PLACED?
Unfortunately, we are not able to make any changes once your order has been placed, nor can we cancel orders. We may have already spent resources in handmaking your products ready for shipment or pick up.
CAN MY PARCEL BE REDIRECTED?
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be there to receive the package or it is safe to leave unattended. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact the courier company affiliated with your order directly.
We provide a tracking number and link once your order has been dispatched. You can follow its journey right to your door.
